Is a 20-week course designed for HER. You will receive a 20-week workbook written by Charity going over questions like these:
- Have you ever viewed what happened to you as traumatic?
- How have you been processing all of your emotions?
- How do you view yourself right now?
- When was the last time you took care of yourself?
- Have you ever thought you were the problem?
- How do I get my life back?
We will meet for 1 hour weekly on a Zoom call, and we will be building resilient friendships and community on the R2M app.
I hope you will leave these sessions with a new sense of unshakeable, steadfast hope that cannot be taken from you.
